These terms govern the use of this website and describe the general framework under which Selvek LLC ("Lumivio") provides the Lumivio platform to ISPs and operators. Service provision to each customer is governed by the specific agreement signed between the parties.
1. Use of the website
The content of this website is informational and commercial in nature. You may browse it and share links, but not reproduce, modify or distribute its content, marks or designs without written authorisation.
2. Nature of the service
Lumivio is a software platform for ISPs and operators to offer digital television services to their subscribers. Lumivio is not a content or signal provider: each customer is responsible for holding the distribution rights to the content it offers through the platform.
3. Operator verification and legitimate use
Lumivio activates the platform only for verified operators. Before enabling its own signals, the operator must prove its incorporation as a company, its licence or registration as a telecommunications operator and the rights to the content it distributes, and keep that documentation up to date for the duration of the service.
The operator warrants that all content distributed through the platform is covered by the necessary agreements and licences. Lumivio may require additional evidence at any time and may suspend or terminate the service upon reasonable indications of distribution of unauthorized content, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
4. Contracting
Access to the platform requires a service agreement defining scope, service levels, pricing, obligations of the parties and data processing. No information on this website constitutes a binding offer.
5. Intellectual property
Lumivio's software, designs, documentation and marks are the property of Selvek LLC and are protected by applicable law. Third-party marks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes only.
6. Availability and evolution
The features described on this website correspond to the current state of the platform unless expressly indicated as in development. Lumivio may evolve, add or modify features while maintaining the compatibility contractually committed to each customer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumivio shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Liability relating to the provision of the platform is regulated in each customer’s service agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the domicile of Selvek LLC, without prejudice to what each service agreement establishes.
