For operators

A complete platform for your television project

Whether you are starting from scratch or replacing a platform that fell short, Lumivio gives you the shortest path to a protected, branded television service of your own.

Segments

Built for those who already own the network and want the service

Lumivio adapts to each operator’s scale and topology.

  • Fibre operators

Add television to your internet offer with apps on your customers’ screens.

  • Cable operators

Bring your line-up to every screen without losing your numbering or your guide.

  • Wireless and regional operators

Designed for variable networks, with an app that reconnects on its own and a catalogue that survives outages.

  • Telcos and institutional projects

Isolation per operation, team roles, backups and audit for organizations with several teams.

How we work

Support from start to finish

Our team takes part in every phase, from assessment to launch.

  1. Assessment

We review signals, network, line-up and coverage goals, and define the launch plan.

  2. Configuration

Brand, content, guide, protection and access policies, ready for the pilot.

  3. Pilot

A group of real televisions with your line-up to validate playback, guide and support.

  4. Launch and operation

Publishing your apps, training your team and continuous support.

Verified operators

Lumivio is activated only for verified operators

Before enabling an operator’s own signals we verify that there is a real company behind the operation, licensed to operate and holding the rights to the content it distributes. That is what protects your programmers, your subscribers and your brand.

  • Incorporated company

Current commercial registration or incorporation document and tax identification number.

  • Operator licence

Registration or licence as a telecommunications operator with the regulator in your country.

  • Content rights

Contracts or authorization letters from the programmers whose signals you will distribute.

  • Legal representative

Identification of the person who signs on behalf of the company.

While verification is completed, the operator can explore the platform with demonstration content. The operator’s own signals are enabled once verification is complete.

FAQ

About the project and the service model

What do I need to get started?

Your signals, your content agreements and a network that reaches your subscribers. Lumivio provides everything else and supports you through the deployment.

How is on-demand content managed?

Operations include catalogue, categories and packages for movies and series with metadata, and the apps are ready to display it. Enabling it depends on each operator’s content agreements.

What about my data and my subscribers’ data?

Each operator is an isolated space. Your data is processed to run your service, with encrypted backups and exports you can download at any time.

How is the service billed?

Platform as a service, sized by subscribers, platforms and deployment scope. We prepare a proposal after the assessment.

No commitment: we review your scenario and tell you clearly what it would take to launch.
